Appointed as a Board Member of a Publicly Listed Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

During this financial year, I was re-elected to the board at the general meeting of shareholders of a publicly listed company on a Swedish market. My focus remains on leveraging my expertise in corporate governance and strategic advisory.

Like Captain Nemo, the enigmatic and charismatic commander of the submarine Nautilus, I live by the sea. While I spend most of my time in online meetings—nine out of ten, as I work remotely—I hold some of my in-person meetings in this lookout tower at the local port, surrounded by the sights and sounds of waves, boat traffic, and the sea stretching out on all sides.
I like to open these meetings with the words of Captain Nemo:
“The sea is everything… it is nothing but love and emotion; it is the ‘Living Infinite.’”

Earlier this financial year, I was appointed to the board by the general meeting of shareholders of a publicly listed company on a Swedish market, bringing my expertise in corporate governance and strategic advisory to support the company's growth and development.

You can call, you can call my name, and I’ll bring the espresso—just like today. Ready to coach and advise management on establishing a strong market position. I help companies communicate with a business-minded approach, crafting well-structured proposals that offer clear, strategic solutions for defining their business area, both internally through management and externally through effective communication.

Welcome to the board meeting.
Held in the former headquarters of a historic trading company, this building was once a center for global commerce in the 18th century. It played a significant role in international trade, serving as a key hub for goods from distant markets. A symbol of the city’s rise as a major trade center.
