On a lonely platform in the night, stepping off the bus after dinner, wishing late summer wouldn’t be so brief—one last chance to fade into pink this season. A bright pink tie and shirt, paired with beige khaki trousers and jacket, perfectly capture the blend of warmth and nostalgia as the season quietly transitions.
I go down there every evening just to feel the beat.
With this routine, I can combine my office time and fit in two training sessions each day. After starting the morning with a walk using my training poles, I spend the day in the office. To keep the momentum going, I take my kettlebells outside, even in the rain, just before continuing my evening session in the office.
My personal coach advised me to follow the line, so we took our coaching session to the middle of the street—right on the double line. It was a perfect metaphor for staying on track, just in time for the next tram to arrive and inspire creativity:

There’s something special about the end of summer as it makes its entrance. The apples begin to fall, and you harvest them like never before, bringing them into every corner of your home. Then, that familiar seasonal question returns: Why haven’t I become a cider farmer?
Dreams don’t always come true, but I should have been that cider producer with the most well-designed brand and a story about how to enjoy cider with your tie perfectly knotted.

Fight! The setting sun catches me during an outdoor kettlebell session. I’m in a row of training days, aiming to get my match weight as I return to the gym after several months of non-stop business management assignments.
Now that almost every assignment is delivered and completed, I am free to be back and fight with the weights.
