On a cobblestone street in Eltville, we noticed a small sign pointing to a restaurant at Weingut Klaus Fleschner, so discreet it was almost impossible to discover. That evening, we recognized it only because of the sounds of laughter and animated conversation drifting out into the street. Curious, we stepped inside an overcrowded restaurant filled with an atmosphere of pure joy.
In the very German way, we were welcomed and introduced to a shared table. After the first toast—in German, of course—accompanied by one of my favorites, the Rauenthaler Steinmächer Spätburgunder Rotwein, strangers quickly turned into new friends. Conversations unfolded with intellectual depth and genuine curiosity, and we were immersed in stories of this beloved region, where the queen of grapes, Riesling, reveals itself through some of the finest white wines in the world.
As if following a well-composed melody, the evening concluded with a local specialty: a bottle of sparkling Riesling. A truly remarkable dinner, defined by exceptional wine, authentic encounters, and new friendships.

You are standing quietly
beneath the festival Ferris wheel,
as I run toward your heart,
just to be near,
to feel like Christmas never ends.
As you fall into my arms,
we raise our glasses together,
wishing everyone a Merry Christmas.

Christmas matins, when Christmas Day dawns in shimmer.

Thanks to the special one. Without her support in business, I would be nothing.

When Saturday arrives in Frankfurt and the big corporations slip into the weekend, we’re met with an open invitation to the outdoor wine market by the market hall, where the local vineyards present their latest bottles.
