At today’s outdoor gym session, my reflection from the pod was this: on Bloomberg Intelligence, the conversation around Apple’s reliance on Google, Lululemon’s hoped-for rebound, and broader market volatility revealed a common tension—Apple and Lululemon are both defending strong positions, but when innovation is delayed or delegated, leadership shifts from shaping the future to managing risk in the present.
