Fight! The setting sun catches me during an outdoor kettlebell session. I’m in a row of training days, aiming to get my match weight as I return to the gym after several months of non-stop business management assignments.
Now that almost every assignment is delivered and completed, I am free to be back and fight with the weights.
And yes, you can now engage me to support your company or organization, within a value-creation business management role, through confidence-building investor relations, as a fully experienced member of the board of directors, or in other cooperative roles.
Gripped by the beat, I am engaged in a full schedule of double project sessions every day. Going to the gym allows me to feel the beat, serving as a way to restart between these sessions.
I am constantly on duty in a challenging environment with various assignments. It is my vision to create and stay in balance with strength. My goal to continue strengthening my lifestyle is 100 days of movement and exercise in the first step. January was a month of new business management assignments for business development and communication in regulatory projects in a listed environment.
Exercise and activity could supplement 25 days during the month.
The 10th day in a row with some exercise (gym, walk or cycling) in a combination of nutrition and rest - along with my ongoing business projects. Excellent way of balancing in a time of slowdown in my significant sectors. As management, communication and member of boards in listed companies and projects at Nasdaq etc. So I am going to the gym and relocating my offers in management, communication and member of boards to a broader range of business sectors and market positions.
I was hoping for a 7-day series of training, but the combination of travel and board meetings made me re-prioritise. Today I double up, training with extra strength. I still live on and feel the energy from building shareholder values at the week's board meetings. It's almost tie and hat in the gym today.
