My apples are starting to turn red, and they are almost ready to go. And so am I.

Then it was time for two apple pies. One classic, and one healthier version.
Last time, the healthier one did not exactly win the jury over, so this time I made a few adjustments. More honey in the oatmeal topping, and plenty of desiccated coconut.
