After delivering a major and intensive project, I get the opportunity to reclaim my time and head to the gym — with Martin Luther King Jr.’s timeless final speech playing in my ears. I tell myself, "Hurry, boy, it's waiting for you outside - my kettlebells for the lunch break."

KARIN: Now I can see that it's you. Somewhere in your eyes, somewhere in your face, but hidden and frightened, is that boy who went away so many years ago.
