On the opposite side of Gothenburg, across the city from where I live by the sea, there’s a former working-class neighborhood. It still carries that identity, strong local pride, and authentic city culture. The area is called Olskroken.
There, you’ll find a true Italian street restaurant. So I took the tram across the city to experience it.
And when you walk into a restaurant and see a football team scarf on the wall, you can immediately say: this is Italy. Bologna isn’t my team, but the owner’s pride, reflected in that scarf, creates an atmosphere that elevates the entire dinner experience.

Brothers and sisters, it is with great honor and privilege that I present to you Gino Girolomoni – the father of organic farming in Italy. He was a political activist, intellectual, and writer, such an inspirational personality.
He was the founder of this producer of 100% organic Italian wheat, slowly dried at a single location. This pasta, born from the idea of an intellectual, makes me feel deeply connected with him, and I am in love with it. Let’s honor the dignity he brought to the land!

Brothers and sisters, it is with great honour and privilege that I present to you my selected espresso - Zoégas Trattoria. A powerful and full-bodied espresso with low acidity by Arabica and Robusta. It gives my office an extra feeling when I create wonders and parrying deadlines.
Espresso is not a beverage; it’s a magical elixir.
